RespectAI TK Data analysis is a web-based platform that helps TikTok creators, agencies, and brand teams analyze TikTok account data, manage authorized TikTok accounts, and publish or schedule videos through TikTok's official developer APIs.
2. Eligibility and Account Responsibility
You may use the service only if you are authorized to manage the TikTok account(s) you connect. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
3. TikTok Account Authorization
The service uses TikTok Login Kit and TikTok Open API permissions granted by you. We do not access TikTok accounts unless the owner completes the TikTok authorization flow. You may revoke access from TikTok or disconnect accounts from the service at any time.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the service to:
- violate TikTok's Developer Terms, Community Guidelines, or applicable laws;
- publish illegal, infringing, misleading, or harmful content;
- attempt to access data or accounts you are not authorized to manage;
- reverse engineer, disrupt, or abuse the service or TikTok APIs.
